Coconut bar soap is famous for its versatility in cleaning. You can use it to wash clothes, dishes and even wipe the floor. Depending on how it is produced, you can even make some moisturizing soaps for the bath.

Handmade coconut soap: Ingredients

  • 2 liters of clean and strained cooking oil;
  • 500g of caustic soda in flakes or flakes;
  • 2 freshly grated coconuts;
  • 700ml of water;
  • 125m of grain alcohol;
  • Essence (optional).

How to make coconut bar soap

  1. Beat the coconut with water in a blender until you get a thick paste;
  2. Cook the mixture until it reduces ¾ in volume;
  3. Heat the oil in other pans;
  4. In a bucket, dissolve the soda with a little hot water;
  5. Then add the oil and coconut mixture. Stir a lot!
  6. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and let it harden;

Homemade liquid coconut soap is great for those who need to do a lot of washing in the washing machine. Since it has a thinner consistency, you can even place it in sprayers to help with heavy cleaning.

  • 3 liters of water;
  • 200g of grated coconut soap;
  • Sodium bicarbonate;

How to make homemade liquid coconut soap

  1. Boil the water;
  2. Add 200g of the grated soap and wait to melt without stopping stirring the mixture;
  3. Turn off the stove and add 3 tablespoons of baking soda;
  4. Add 50ml of water;
  5. Stir a lot;
  6. When the mixture is completely cold, add essential oils (optional);
