2. Use the Arrow buttons on the remote to highlight System and press OK.
3. Highlight Reset & Admin and press OK.
4. Highlight Reset TV to Factory Defaults and press OK.

Why does my Vizio TV just shut off?

A Vizio TV will turn off if ‘Auto Off’ is enabled, there is a power surge, the TV overheats, ‘CEC’ is enabled, the TV cable is loose, another device is interfering or the main board is broken. If it won’t turn off, it is likely the input device, overloaded internal memory or a malfunctioning remote.
